Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance
By accessing or using XDMS (the "Service") at https://xdms.darkrecto.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
2. Services and Subscriptions
XDMS provides subscription-based digital services. Subscription fees range between ₹100 and ₹10,000 per month. All subscriptions are for digital access to the Service and do not include physical goods unless explicitly specified.
3. Account Responsibility
Users must provide accurate information and maintain the confidentiality of account credentials. Unauthorized use of an account should be reported immediately to ashutoshsharma7oct@gmail.com.
4. Payments
Payments are processed by third-party payment processors (for example, Razorpay). XDMS does not store full card details or netbanking credentials. Subscriptions are activated only after successful payment confirmation.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
Subscription cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation and Refund Policy. Please read that policy carefully.
6. Modifications
XDMS may modify the Terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page and will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Service after changes constitute acceptance of the updated Terms.
7. Termination
XDMS may suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these Terms or engages in fraudulent or abusive behavior.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
