Cancellation & Refund Policy
Effective Date: 07 September 2025
1. Cancellation
Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings. Cancellation will prevent future billing at the next billing cycle but will not automatically refund the current billing cycle unless eligible under this policy.
2. Refund Eligibility and Process
- Refunds are considered only if a cancellation request is made within 7 days of subscription activation.
- If eligible, refunds will be processed to the original payment instrument within 7–10 business days after approval.
- Requests may be denied if there is evidence of abuse, fraud, or violation of our Terms.
3. Partial Periods
Refunds will be pro-rated at our discretion for unused portions of a billing period if applicable and approved.

Note: Refunds are subject to the policies of payment processors and banks. XDMS will facilitate the refund but is not responsible for processor or bank processing times.
