1. Applicability
XDMS provides digital subscription services. This policy applies only to the delivery and exchange of digital services and clarifies that no physical shipment is involved.
2. Delivery
Subscriptions are activated immediately upon successful payment. Users receive confirmation via email to the address provided at registration.
3. Exchanges
Exchanges do not apply to digital subscriptions. If a user is dissatisfied, they should contact support and review the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
